Jessie plans six months in advance, coaches & mentors the ROAR Directors, and recruits new talent to the team. She’s also a PIP University Professor, coaching other salon owners to freedom and fulfillment within their own businesses.
Jessie is a mom of four and loves reading and watching movies. On weekends, she spends her time driveway-drinking and letting her kids run wild with the neighbors.

An Interior Decorator

Thinking 6 steps ahead, innovating, & jumping through fear.

Our team, they have big hearts and beautiful souls.
What's your favorite hair style you've ever had?
When I had extensions, so it was long, full, and shiny blue-black color.

Omaha's a great place to raise my family.

Really, anywhere with my awesome Husband.

A Fun Fact About Me Is...
I love hanging out on my deck, by the fire pit, drinking wine and eating charcuterie with our neighbors while the kids play in the backyard.
