We desire to create a strong point of difference in our salon by delivering a first-class guest service experience through our dedication to Aveda’s superior guest experience.

 

The following is a list of things you should experience in our beauty parlor:

 

  • Upon entering the salon, you will be greeted by our Guest Happiness team and offered Aveda Comforting Tea, coffee or filtered water.
  • You will be given a tour of the beauty parlor, so you feel comfortable here.
  • You will be given a sensory journey to balance your chakras.
  • Your Beauty Operator will perform a thorough dry hair consultation.
  • During your reservation, your Beauty Operator will conduct a stress-relieving treatment. This will either be a scalp and shoulder massage or a hand massage. This is your time to relax!
  • You will then be escorted to the shampoo area for a relaxing shampoo and conditioning treatment.
  • During your service, your Beauty Operator will introduce the products they used and will teach you how to complete your style.
  • During your service, a Guest Happiness team member will help set your next reservation.
  • Your Beauty Operator will use our iPad system to send home-care recommendations to our Guest Happiness team.
  • Your Beauty Operator will conduct a complimentary makeup touch-up, which is designed to complete your highly fashionable look.
  • Next, you will be escorted to the front, where our Guest Happiness team will be waiting with your reservation card and home-care recommendations.

 

It is our vision to create a “WOW” experience for you each time you visit our beauty parlor. We want to be the place you send all your friends and family!
